COACHING SERVICES

Coaching can take place for a number of reasons - the areas I focus on are a blend of leadership and holistic life coaching.  This means that we may begin with a discussion on your challenges in the workplace and evolve to address questions related to health, finances, career transition, or other relationships.  Truly a combination of art and science, my style comes through years of experience, a genuine curiosity, and more formally, as a Co-Active coach in training with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).  

Acknowledging we will work together through insightful questions, I will take intentional steps to create an environment that enhances learning through reflective practice and mindful action.  As a coach, my role is to help you build on your vision, unlock the wisdom that already exists around a specific challenge, and hold you accountable to follow through on areas that expand your potential.

GROUP RETREATS

In partnership with Erin Dixon and Laura Wright, a highly experiential Weaving Visions Retreat is being designed for values-based leaders looking to harness the tension within a system to deepen transformation.  Facilitators will build upon skills, conversations, and questions needed to thrive through complexity and consciousness of systems.

LEADERship EFFECTIVENESS WORKSHOPS

Workshops offer a blend of experiential activities, encouraging a learning mindset to understand the roles of both thinking and feeling.  I believe leadership is a true practice and we effectively learn by doing. This includes experimenting, reflecting, connecting ideas and possibilities, then deciding what needs to change.    

The most popular workshops I offer relate to the Foundations of Emotional Intelligence and Conflict Competence. Learners will leave workshops confident to take on challenges and systemic shifts that begin with how they show up each day.

CUSTOM TRAINING & SPEAKING

As many organizations prefer to host leadership training in-house, we can travel to your location for delivery of customized workshops to small groups.  We can also offer speaking engagements at internal retreats or conferences and will work with your team to develop a presentation aligned to your culture.  Please inquire for more information and topics of relevance.
